Modular 600 Series  | The Modular 600 is designed for processing multiple signals from AC LVDT and Strain bridge sensors purchased from RDP and other suppliers. The flexibility and attractive presentation is well suited to a University or commercial Laboratory or to sit alongside factory machinery. Good quality conditioning is required where the output of a transducer needs to be boosted or changed into a form suitable for the monitoring or data logging device which will be used to supervise or record a process. The very wide range of gain adjustment available from Modular 600 amplifiers are compatible with the vast majority of LVDT and strain gauge sensors available from any manufacturer.
Modular 600 signal conditioning allows the customer to select the type and quantity of input cards required for the application from a number of different types available. The system can be supplied with optional monitor/display/data logger units if required.
Firstly decide the type and quantity of modules required making sure to include any future requirements. Then decide if you need a monitor or a data logger. Finally choose an appropriately sized housing with a power supply and blank panels to cover any unused slots. |

RDP AC LVDT excitation / amplifier modules
 | An AC LVDT requires an input excitation signal and output signal conditioning, where the output of the transducer is amplified into a form suitable for the attached monitor or logging device. These RDP excitation / amplifiers are suitable for AC LVDT transducers.
RDP amplifiers are specifically designed to be installed close to the transducer so that the signal can be amplified as soon as possible. The "S7" series signal conditioning units are enclosed in die-cast aluminium housing and have a good level of environmental protection and screening from electrical noise.
A very wide range of gain adjustment ensures RDP amplifiers are compatible with the vast majority of AC LVDT sensors available from any manufacturer. |

RDP E725 Series display
 | Model E725 is a programmable LVDT display design using RDP's years of experience with customer requirements.
Each Model RDP E725 model is custom manufactured with the options specified by the customer.
The power supply options include 5, 12, 24 Vdc and 230Vac and LVDT interface options include AC LVDTs ±15Vdc, +24Vdc and RDP type D2 for DC LVDT. There are also several signal processing options and Serial options for data logging and control system interface.
The 3 manuals are specifically for Model E725AC for AC LVDTt, Model E725DC for DC LVDT and one for the many posibilities offered by RS232 or RS485 output. |
