Mr Sam Mandeno established the company in 1968 trading as S. D. Mandeno Electronic Equipment Co.

On 11^th June 1991 the company was incorporated, on an on-going basis, as a limited liability company, formally trading from 1^st August 1991 as Mandeno Electronic Equipment Ltd.

On 1^st April 2016 the company was purchased by Hassan Hamidi and trades as Mandeno Electronics (2015) Ltd

Mandeno Electronics (2015) Ltd is a private company owned and operated by the Hassan Hamidi and staff members.
