MS MSP300 series

Description
The MSP series pressure transducers set a new price-performance standard for low cost, high volume, commercial and industrial applications. This series is suitable for measurement of liquid or gas pressure, even for difficult media such as contaminated water, steam, and mildly corrosive fluids or gases.
The transducer pressure cavity is machined from a solid piece of 17-4 PH stainless steel. The standard version includes a 1/4 NPT pipe thread allowing a leak-proof, all metal sealed system. There are no o-rings, welds or organics exposed to the pressure media. The durability is excellent.
MS proprietary Microfused technology, derived from demanding aerospace applications, employs micromachined silicon piezoresistive strain gages, fused with high temperature glass to a stainless steel diaphragm. This approach achieves media compatibility simply and elegantly providing an exceptionally stable sensor without the p-n junctions of conventional micromachined sensors.
This product is geared to the OEM customer using medium to high volumes.
The standard version is suitable for many applications, but the dedicated design team at our Transducer Engineering Center stands ready to provide a semi-custom design where the volume and application warrants.

MS MSP600 series
Description: The MSP600 series pressure transducers are replaced by the M51 series.
Stock models are reduced in price while stocks last.
This series is suitable for measurement of liquid or gas pressure, even for difficult media such as contaminated water, steam, and mildly corrosive fluids or gases.

The M5200 pressure transducers from the Microfused™ line of MS, with their modular design, offer maximum flexibility for different configurations. This latest series sets a new price performance standard for demanding commercial and heavy industrial applications. This series is suitable for measurement of liquid or gas pressure, even for difficult media such as contaminated water, steam, and mildly corrosive fluids.
The pressure port material is machined from a solid piece of either 17-4 PH or 316L stainless steel. Its durability is excellent and there are no o-rings, welds or organics exposed to the pressure media. The M5200 is weatherproof, exceeds the latest heavy industrial CE requirements including surge protection. The circuit is protected from reverse wiring at input and short circuit at output.
This product is geared to the OEM customer for low to high volumes. MEASUREMENT SPECIALTIES stands ready to provide a custom design of the M5200 where the volume and application warrants. MS US300 Series
Small size, light weight, high stability stainless steel pressure sensor.
The low cost UltraStable 300 series incorporates stainless steel media isolation, 9 pressure ranges from 0 - 15 psi through to 0 - 5000 psi and 4 electrical outputs options, all in a very compact 55 x 16 mm package. The US300 series employs IC Sensors’ UltraStable technology to provide high accuracy and excellent stability over a wide temperature range, while maintaining low cost.
Standard outputs include 0 to 100mV constant voltage and constant current excitation, 0.5V to 4.5V ratiometric, 1V to 5V regulated and 4 to 20mA current loop.
Higher volume OEM customers are offered customised design options by selecting from a range of ports types, electrical outputs and interface connectors.
The lowest cost options use fully compensated milli-volt outputs ranging from 75 to 150 mV FSD.

MS Level Master
The LM Series incorporates stainless steel and plastic isolation suitable for level sensing in water and other liquids. The LM series uses a patent pending low cost stainless steel sensor in a PVC plastic fitting. The modular design is adaptable to an infinite number of plastic port variations. With high performance in a small form factor, the LM Series enables the miniaturization of high accuracy pressure systems.
The standard output is .5V to 4.5V with a 5V supply.
The port is a vented gauge type.

MS M5100 series
The M5100 series from MS Sensors sets the price / performance standard for transducers used in demanding environments.
The M5100 exceeds the latest heavy industrial CE requirements including surge protection, and is over voltage protected to 16Vdc in both positive and reverse polarity.
The pressure port is machined from a solid piece of 17-4PH stainless steel (316L optional).
There are no O-rings, organics or welds exposed to the pressure media.
This allows for a leak proof, all-metal sealed pressure system which withstands more than 10 million pressure cycles pressure cycles.
