Sherborne T700 series for ±30°, 60° or 90°
Sherborne T700 MEMS Single and Dual Axis Inclinometer
The Sherborne Sensors T700 range of Solid State Inclinometers measure inclination proportional to sine of angle in one axis or two axes mutually at right angles.
Designed for operation from an unregulated DC power source, the T700 series are packaged in a robust aluminum alloy housing with an integral shielded cable connection; the shield is connected to the sensor case. The cable may be supplied with wire or optional connector.
The inclinometer utilizes advanced MEMS technology and has mechanical stops conferring excellent shock resistance.

Sherborne T700-0100 Ultra-High Accuracy, Thermally Optimized, MEMS Single and Dual Axis Inclinometer
Sherborne T700-0101 Series is derived from the Sherborne Sensors’ T700 range of Solid State Inclinometers measuring inclination proportional to sine of angle in one axis or two axes mutually at right angles.
The T710-0101 and T720-0101 inclinometers incorporate a temperature sensor by reference to which the inclinometer output may be individually characterized and subsequently corrected over its operational temperature range. A data sheet containing
the characteristic output equation is supplied with each sensor enabling errors due to zero offset, sensitivity error, linearity, thermal zero shift and thermal sensitivity shift to be minimized. By entering the supplied equation coefficients into the host operating software, cost effective
high accuracy angle sensing may be achieved.

may, as an option, be fitted with an electrical connector.

The characteristic error correction equation supplied with each inclinometer for each axis takes the following format:
Angle (°) = K1F 3 + K2F 2 + K3F + K4
where:
F = Function of axis output voltage and temperature
K1 = 3rd order output coefficient
K2 = 2nd order output coefficient
K3 = 1st order output coefficient

ZC Sensor Tilt Switch
Fully programmable 2 axis tilt switch for industrial applications
A 2 axis tilt switch with a measuring range of ±45° for each axis.
The device is user programmable via an RS232 interface, using a set of emailed software and a command set printed on the data sheet.
The unit is housed in a waterproof aluminium box equipped with 4 mounting feet.

Crossbow CXTA02
The CXTA02 is a dual-axis tilt sensors with an easy-to-use fully signal conditioned 0-5V analog output. Angle measurements can be made up to 75 Degrees in tilt range. The zero-angle voltage and sensitivity are stable over the lifetime of the device. The sensor works with unregulated power supply inputs of 6 to 30 VDC and is available in plastic housing.

The CXTILT02E inclinometer offers outstanding resolution, dynamic response and accuracy. The CXTILT02E measures the tilt angle of an object with respect to the horizontal in a static environment. To measure tilt, also called roll and pitch, the sensor makes use of two micro-machined accelerometers, one oriented along the X-axis and one along the Y-axis. The CXTILT02EC provides superior performance in more demanding measurement applications, where high accuracy must be maintained over a wide temperature range of -40 to +85°C. The CXTILT02EC employs Crossbow’s Softsensor® calibration and an on board temperature sensor to internally compensate for temperature-induced drift.

Description 1 Axis:
The Single Axis Inclinometer is well suited for test and measurement purposes as well as for vehicle and off road applications. A fast response time, good accuracy and high resolution are its key features. It uses a digital signal processing including temperature compensation to optimize performance. The user configurable filter allows to find a good compromise between response time and a stable output in noisy environments, e.g. if vibrations are an issue. Easy to use software for Microsoft Windows is included. On the other hand, the sensor can be accessed using a virtual COM port for easy integration.

SIKO IK360 & IK360L, 1 & 2 axis
Introduction to SIKO IK360 series:
The IK360 resolves to 0.1°
The IK360L resolves to 0.5° (at a lower cost price)
The single axis inclinometer IK360 & IK360L, with a measurement range of 0° ~ 360°, has now been joined with the two axis version (± 0° ~ 80°).
Both models show a high system accuracy of ± 0.1° (±0.5°) and a high resolution of 0.01°.
An IP69K- protection against splash water and IP68 – protection against permanent (water) immersion provides the weather tightness needed for outdoor applications.

Functionality:
The IK360 inclinometer consists of two acceleration sensor elements. The acceleration of the X and the Y axes are gravity referenced and displayed as angular value ± 80° in the two axis version). In the one axis version an internal calculation of these two values via an arc-tangent function results in one value, from 0…360°.

User benefits:
The IK360 offers different interfaces (RS232+I, RS232+U) and CANopen. The CANopen interface of the IK360 is bus-compatible for up to 128 node network.
The sensor is easy to mount via a three point assembling and may the zero point (one-axes version) or the measurement direction is programmable on-site via a teach-in function.
